Pear Health care messages on behalf of [your clinic]
Pear Healthcare ("Pear Health") sends text messages to patients on behalf of their primary-care clinic. Each message identifies the clinic it is sent for.
What messages you will receive
- Reminders of the time your clinic's care team will call you
- Reminders about enrolling in a care program your clinic offers
- Follow-ups from your care team after a call
- Replies from your clinic's assistant when you text us with a question
These are care-related messages. We do not send advertising or marketing messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving your mobile number to your clinic and agreeing to receive text messages on a call with your clinic's care team.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, up to a few messages per week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
After you reply STOP, you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages will be sent to that number unless you reply START to opt back in. Opting out of text messages does not stop phone calls from your clinic's care program; to stop those, tell the caller or contact your clinic.
Support
For help, email support@pearwith.us or call your doctor's office.
Text messages are not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
